Description

Occupation growth rates are estimated using proprietary methods on postings data. These growth rates are combined with the growth rates derived from official sources for projections (BLS) and historical employment (OES) to produce employment projections by Specialized Occupations. Specialized Occupations are then organized in a many-to-one relationship and rolled up into Occupations. This process provides a richness unavailable from official sources which can be characterized by more granular occupation and geographic variability.
