Lighcast Postings (US): Volume Changes

For the months of June 2025 and July 2025, US customers will see an increase in postings volumes.

This increase is due to the following:

diversityjobs.com: We have reintroduced diversityjobs.com, a source we previously scraped.
Specialist Job Boards: We have also introduced several smaller, specialist job board sites, specific state job boards based on customer requests. This has also contributed to the increased numbers.
Improved Company ATS Scraping: We are continuing to improve our scraping from company ATS (Applicant Tracking System) sites, which has also positively impacted posting volumes.
Improved scraping of existing sources such as Indeed, Simplyhired
