Description

The educational attainment by age dataset shows American Community Survey (ACS) data for population by year, county, gender, age, and educational attainment for the most recent ACS dataset. The ACS sorts respondents into five different age categories and seven different educational attainment categories. Data comes from the ACS 5-year surveys and goes back to 2009.

Use Cases

• Which counties have the highest proportion of people under 35 with a college degree?
• In which counties are women earning degrees earlier than men?
• What is the average age for a woman to get her bachelor's degree in Pennsylvania?
