If no start and end dates are provided, the query will default to the past 6 months. Maximum value for limit parameter is 100. The latest data is usually 1 month previous from current date.

Type of geographic regional division.

careerCode

The career code for a career to find jobs for. The career code will be the NOC ID if you are using the Standard Government Taxonomy.

Query Params

start

The start date for postings in YYYY-MM format.

end

string

The end date for postings in YYYY-MM format. Must be at least 1 month prior to current month.

skillType

string

Specifies the type of skills returned. May be either hard or soft. Defaults to hard.

ranking

string

How to rank the skills. May be either intensity or relevance. Intensity rank skills by frequency across all postings (default). Relevance rank skills by significance/uniqueness, i.e. skills that appear more often in this career (NOC) than all the others.

limit

number

Maximum number of hard skill names to return for the given date range. Max value for limit is 100 and default is 10.

taxonomy

string

Specifies the taxonomy of the career code in the request. May be either standard or lot. Defaults to standard.

language

string

Specifies the language base of the data to return. Valid language values are en or fr, and multiple languages may be appended as a comma-separated list. Defaults to all available language-tagged data.
