This endpoint is similar to the employment_at_wage endpoint but produces results per occupation.

This enables the client to see which occupations have the most jobs at or below a specified wage.

The coprocessors that carry out the calculation are not all running, so the service cannot answer the request. The response has no body. GET /status reports the same condition.
